What utilities do you cover?

Electricity, internet, natural gas, water, and trash / recycling. In the Texas deregulated electricity market we can actually choose the plan; in regulated utilities (water, gas, trash) we enroll you with the local provider at your address.

Where do you serve?

Every Texas ZIP code (all 4,844). Expanding to other deregulated-electricity states (PA, OH, IL, NJ, CT, MA, MD) next. Not Texas? Tell us where to go next.

How fast is "one business day"?

You pay → we email within 4 business hours with clarifying questions → you reply within your timezone → we pick plans and send selections for approval → after you approve, we enroll. Total clock time: 1 business day from your payment to everything scheduled. Faster if you reply quickly.

What if a plan rate changes before move-in?

Texas electricity rates update weekly. We lock in the rate shown at the time we enroll you; if it moves after that, it's governed by the REP's contract — exactly the same as if you enrolled yourself. We don't pad our margin with a worse rate.

Do you earn a commission on the providers you pick?

Yes, on some. Utilify earns an affiliate commission when we enroll you with a provider that has a commission program (many Texas REPs and internet companies do). Plans are ranked by price first, not commission — we audit this openly in our Terms.
